Los Gatos Tutoring Center

Our Los Gatos tutoring center offers help with math, reading, writing, science, ACT, and SAT test prep, as well as helping students with daily homework support. Our main math and science tutor, Doug Thorburn, has a legendary following with students from Los Gatos center. Doug has an amazing ability to get kids to believe in themselves and improve. In addition to our academic subjects, Doug heads our ACT and SAT prep program. With years of tutoring and coaching, along with hundreds of success stories, Doug knows exactly what to do to help your child improve his or her score. We serve students at Los Gatos High School, Fisher Middle, and Van Meter Elementary. We offer excellent tutoring in math, reading, writing, and test prep for the ACT and SAT. Our tutors have many years of experience working with kids and can make the most tutoring-resistant children learn.

Because school goes until the early afternoon, our tutoring hours are after school Monday through Sunday, by appointment only. Our tutors can provide tutoring help with homework in all subjects, along with teaching them valuable study skills. Our tutors are fantastic with the kids and have a proven track record of getting great results in algebra, geometry, precalculus, and calculus.
